1. How to request deletion
Send an email to [email protected] and include the phone number registered to the RojgarRank account. If the request concerns a launch-list record instead, send it from the email address used for that record.
Use the subject line RojgarRank Account Deletion Request so the support team can identify and process the request quickly.
2. What happens next
After the request is verified, the support team will process it and confirm when the deletion is complete.
3. Data that may be deleted
- Account profile information.
- Stored date of birth and the account-level ad-free setting. The derived age category is not stored.
- Launch-list or support contact details linked to the user.
- Saved preferences, bookmarks, or product settings linked to the account.
- Session records or device registrations where applicable.
4. Data that may be retained
Limited records may be retained when required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or enforcing product terms.
